It is Tindahan goal to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience. Our Site offers a wide variety of products including consumables, perishables, and durables. Due to this wide variety of products, our Return Policy varies depending on the product type.

We will generally accept returns if the item is in its original packaging, unused, has not been tampered with, and is in sellable condition. Item was damaged, expired, or defective:
Within 3 days of receipt of shipment, please notify us at our Facebook page Tindahan- The little Asian Store. Subject to item availability, we will provide you with a replacement or refund. We will process your request within 1 to 3 business days. Items not eligible for return:
  • Items marked on the Site as clearance items are not eligible for return.
  • Items that are damaged, used, tampered with, or in unsellable condition due to the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Open or tampered with consumable items such as food, snacks, groceries, and certain health products are not eligible for return.
  • Damage as result of multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts are not eligible for return. Return shipping:
We will pay for return shipping if the item was damaged, expired, defective, or we sent the wrong item. If the item is being returned for other reasons, such as buying too much, no longer needed, or purchased the wrong item, you will be responsible for shipping. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on the returned item.
Address Change and Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, you will not be able to change it. Please understand that we try to provide the fastest turn-around time possible to ensure you receive your order quickly.
Terms of Acceptance of Goods
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract; this means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Upon delivery, recipient shall inspect the items received and immediately inform us if the items received are not in good condition. If we have not been notified of any defect or error with the items received by 5:00 p.m. EST on the third (3rd) day after delivery of the items, recipient shall be presumed to have accepted the items and shall have waived any rights there to. In case of charge backs or a refund by the buyer, recipient agrees to return the items received in their original state and packaging to us. In the event that this cannot be done, recipient will pay for the damaged merchandise in full. Recipient will pay in US dollars unless otherwise specified on the delivery receipt. A penalty of 10% per month will apply on unpaid/unreturned merchandise and overdue accounts, plus all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees.
PayPal Orders
Orders paid with PayPal will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to Tindahan account. All refunds will be returned to your PayPal account. Shipping address information must be updated through PayPal. If you use PayPal at checkout, the address listed with PayPal is the destination for your order. Tindahan cannot be responsible for incorrect information provided to us.
